Instructions for use

• Lighting: Light one end of the stick until it glows red.
• Application: Hold the stick a few centimeters away from the acupuncture points or areas to be treated, without direct contact with the skin. The heat penetrates deeply, giving a pleasant sensation.
• Duration: Maintain the heat for between 3 and 5 minutes per point, or as required for the treatment.
• Extinguishing: Extinguish the stick by placing it in a safe container, such as sand or a heatproof box.
